Shipping

We offer worldwide express shipping via DHL Express.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email together with your tracking information.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, customs clearance procedures or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Delivery Information

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or change the delivery address.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

Nudimo ekspresnu dostavu širom sveta putem DHL Express službe.

Porudžbine se obrađuju u roku od 1–3 radna dana nakon potvrde plaćanja. Kada vaša porudžbina bude poslata, dobićete imejl sa potvrdom o slanju zajedno sa podacima za praćenje pošiljke.

Porudžbine se obrađuju i šalju isključivo radnim danima. Rokovi isporuke su okvirni i mogu varirati u zavisnosti od odredišta, carinskih procedura ili nepredviđenih kašnjenja kurirske službe.

Kada vaša porudžbina bude poslata, dobićete imejl sa potvrdom koji sadrži broj za praćenje. Ovaj broj možete koristiti za praćenje statusa pošiljke putem veb-sajta kurirske službe.

Informacije o isporuci

Molimo vas da proverite da su svi podaci za dostavu, uneti prilikom plaćanja, potpuni i tačni. Ne snosimo odgovornost za kašnjenja ili neuspele isporuke nastale usled netačnih ili nepotpunih podataka koje je kupac uneo. Nakon što je porudžbina poslata, nismo u mogućnosti da preusmerimo pošiljku niti da promenimo adresu isporuke.

Neisporučene pošiljke
